General Shipping Information

We currently ship throughout the United States. Delivery options and timelines depend on your location and order size. All shipping details will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Weekends and public holidays are excluded from processing times.

During high-volume periods such as sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

We currently ship within the United States and offer the following options:

Faster Option

Priority Shipping

Processing: 2–3 business days
Delivery: 3–5 business days
Total: 3–5 business days

Order cut-off time: 6:00 PM (EST) — Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Most customers receive their order within 3–7 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, public holidays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following addresses:

  • — PO Box addresses
  • — Military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)
  • — Certain restricted or carrier-limited regions

Please note: Some products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions based on U.S. regulations or carrier limitations.

Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to any of the following reasons, it may be returned to us:

  • — The carrier being unable to access the delivery location
